The Next Chapter was created by a senior recruitment and people leader, bringing together over 20 years of experience across in-house talent functions, people leadership roles and specialist search firms.
Working in partnership with an experienced People leader, we are able to support clients across the full candidate and employee lifecycle, from attraction and hiring through to organisational change and development.
Our work is personal, flexible and intentionally bespoke. Our approach is shaped accordingly, drawing on experience, perspective and a long-term view.
